The DLC shows its downloaded but when i open the game, its not there.

Same here! I bought and downloadedOperator Enhanced Edition. It shows everything is installed but nothing is showing in game! I want a refund or get me my content that we are missing out on! Its ridiculous! I will never buy any of the extras ever again!

I purchased the operator's pack also and did not receive anything is there gonna be a update to fix this issue?

whenever i go to manage the game its showing that everything is installed but go to play the game and i dont have any of my dlc stuff either i want my money back or my content asap

Same problem, I bought operator enhanced and none of my bonus content or the extra COD points are showing up in game yet it shows that I have all the packs and DLC stuff downloaded on my console.

If the DLC is not popping up you could try getting a refund and buying it again.

I've got the same issue. Packs downloaded but not showing up. Tried multiple reinstalls but nothing works. Theres a lot of people with similar issues on the subreddit too. No cod points either.
